Earnings and progression We offer a salary of £29,835 with an additional performance bonus of £900 per year. Working pattern Monday to Friday, 8.00am-5.30pm and 1 in 3 Saturday Mornings 9.00am-1.00pm About the Drive Through Host / Concierge role As a Drive Through Host, you’ll be the first point of contact for all service customers, ensuring they feel welcomed, informed and supported throughout their visit. You’ll work closely with Service Advisors, to ensure every vehicle is checked in accurately and every customer receives a smooth, efficient experience. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, well‑presented and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
