Job Description
3. Manage office operations including IT systems, suppliers, and facilities.
4. Ensure compliance with health and safety, GDPR, and charity governance requirements.
5. Lead organisational policy development and maintain compliance records.
6. Assist with HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and wellbeing.
7. Maintain and update HR policies aligned with UK employment law and charity values.
8. Support strategic planning, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Operations Manager should have:
9. Proven experience in operations management.
10. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
11. Experience with charity governance and compliance.
12. Familiarity with IT systems and supplier management.
13. Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
14. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
