Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative on behalf of our client based in Earls Colne, on a temp-to-perm basis.\n\nThe successful candidate will be confident using computers, communicating professionally online, and supporting customers through written channels. Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential.\n\nRoles & Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Answering customer enquiries via email and online messaging systems.\n\n * \n\n Carrying out data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.\n\n * \n\n Supporting customers with general queries — no inbound or outbound phone calls required.\n\n * \n\n Completing general administrative duties as required.\n\n * \n\n Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.\n\n * \n\n Providing excellent customer service and representing the company in a professional manner.\n\nExperience, Education & Qualifications\n\n * \n\n Previous customer service experience desired but not essential.\n\n * \n\n Basic IT skills required, including use of email and data entry systems.\n\n * \n\n Strong written communication skills.\n\n * \n\n High attention to detail and accuracy.\n\n * \n\n Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\n\n * \n\n Professional, reliable and organised.\n\nSal...
