Red Recruitment is recruiting Sales Representatives to join our client, an award-winning specialist provider, providing insurance services to customers, including those with pre-existing medical conditions. You will be required to handle inbound calls and assist customers with their insurance queries. The salary for this position is £23,809 per annum, however, you will be able to earn an additional £25,000 per annum in commission. You should ideally have experience working in a sales background, but if you are target-driven and have a passion for sales we still want to speak with you. The training period will span over 6 months where you will earn £250 training bonus per month. After the training period has completed, the normal commission structure will commence, allowing you to earn an additional £25,000 per annum on top of your salary. During the first 4 weeks of training, you will be required to be in the office Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm.
