Hours: 36 hours per week over 4 days (Mon-Fri) with 1 rolling day off each week - All Year Round
Salary: £30,888.00 - £32,760.00 - based on qualifications and experience

We're looking for a Deputy Manager to join our warm and welcoming team as a Supernumerary Lead Practitioner, with a strong focus on quality, practice, and inclusion.
This is a non-room-based role where you'll have the time and headspace to support staff, lead on curriculum and practice, and help shape a nurturing, inclusive learning environment.
SEND experience is highly desirable - we're seeking someone who can support inclusive practice and work closely with the regional SENDCo and external professionals.
During school holidays, you will take on full management responsibilities, providing you with an excellent opportunity to step up and develop your leadership skills further.
What You'll Bring:
Level 3 or above qualification (full and relevant by DfE) - Essential
Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding practices
A proven track record of supporting high-quality early years education
Confidence in mentoring and coaching staff
Experience working with children with SEND (desirable)
Leadership potential with the ability to take initiative and lead in the Manager's absence
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Leading on curriculum implementation and high-quality practice across the nursery
Supporting inclusion and working closely with families and outside agencies
Leading team meetings, supervisions, and staff development
Taking full management responsibility during school holidays, including staffing, parent liaison, and safeguarding oversight
