Warehouse Operative (PM Shift) - Airdrie
37.5 hours per week over 5 days (minimum guaranteed)
£12.21 basic hourly rate plus 10% Shift Allowance
Plus £1.42 per hour extra when undertaking shunting responsibilities.
14:00- 22:00 Shift hours
Overtime and extra shifts are available during peak trading times paid at time and a half
7th shift paid at double time
Full, valid DrivingLicence required for occasional shunting tasks

Your role will include:
Picking customers orders from location
Accurately loading and unloading both inbound and outbound vehicles
Checking paperwork is completed correctly
Safely moving and correctly categorising customer items within the warehouse
Complying with all Health and Safety policies and procedures
Working as a team
Safely using ArrowXL technical equipment
Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment
Representing ArrowXL to the highest standard
It is essential that you have:
Experience working in a similar, fast-paced operational environment
A positive, can-do attitude
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Ability to prioritise Health and Safety for yourself and your colleagues
Confidence to work with computer systems (specific system training will be provided)
A reliable, punctual and flexible approach
