Job Title: Property Inventory Clerk

Job Description:

As a Property Inventory Clerk, you will be responsible for preparing detailed inventories of properties, conducting inspections, and ensuring accurate records are maintained. You will work closely with property managers, landlords, and tenants to provide high-quality inventory services, including check-in, mid-term, and check-out inspections. Inventory base trained candidates preferred

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct property inspections to record the condition and contents of properties.
* Prepare detailed and accurate inventory reports, including descriptions and photographs.
* Perform check-in and check-out inspections with tenants, noting any changes in property condition.
* Communicate effectively with landlords, tenants, and property managers to ensure a smooth process.
* Handle tenant queries and provide excellent customer service.
* Keep up-to-date records of all inspections and inventories in the company database.
* Ensure all health and safety standards are met during inspections.

Requirements:

* Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk, Property Manager, or in a related role (preferred but not essential).
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to create thorough and accurate reports.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
* A valid driving license and access to a vehicle (required for travel between properties).
* Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as required.
