TOC Network Engineer (Premier League Football) - Up To £60,000 Per Annum Are you a Network Engineer who loves football? If so, I might have the perfect job for you! This company are on the hunt for 2x TOC network engineers, to join their technical operations team and support the premier league football network! This company enables live production workflows by designing, building, and managing custom low-latency video transport networks. These are utilised by just about every major broadcaster for sporting events worldwide! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves networking, the football and learning new technologies! Responsibilities Monitor & configure the core network and edge devices (NetInsight Nimbra & Arista IP) Configure, monitor and perform 1st/2nd line troubleshooting on IP transport streams and underlaying network routing and switching (OSPF/BGP) Monitor client video service using multiviewers Perform configuration, operation and 1st/2nd line troubleshooting of core video platforms Monitor underlying servers and operating systems (Linux/Windows), using Zabbix & Grafana The ideal candidate would have experience in the below: Routing & switching experience (TCP/IP, BGP, VLANs) Multicast experience (preferred, not required) Encoding/Decoding experience (preferred, not required) This role is based 5x Days a week in West Drayton. Due to the fact you will be supporting the Premier League football, you will be required to work the majority of weekends. This role is also on a shift rota (either 7am-3pm or 2pm-11pm).
