About the Role
This is a hybrid role covering either the Kent or Sussex regions, requiring at least 2 days of work from your local office per week.

Role Responsibilities
* Manage the commercial resources of assigned telecoms projects, including new builds, city enhancements, and government contracts.
* Support project variations, assess risks, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements and the Construction Act.
* Produce and submit valuation certifications, draft correspondence, monitor budgets, and provide performance data.
* Deliver accurate cost and value data at project and regional levels.
* Mentor junior team members.
Candidate Requirements
Solid experience in senior commercial management, procurement of contractors, and knowledge of NEC3 ECC forms. Preferred background in telecoms, civil engineering, or utilities. Additional skills include:
* Quantity Surveying experience
* Negotiation skills with suppliers and partners
* Experience with large capital expenditure projects
* Data-driven financial reporting skills
* HNC/HND or equivalent education
