The Role
In this key leadership position, you will manage and delegate the team’s routine operations, including cash management, the exercise of discretionary powers, and the review of investment portfolios. You will act as the primary contact for key clients and intermediaries, identifying opportunities for business development and cross-selling.
Key responsibilities include:
•Providing management information to the senior team and contributing to the development of internal procedures.
•Ensuring the team meets performance targets and that invoicing is handled efficiently.
•Supervising and developing staff through SMART objectives, appraisals, and on-the-job training.
•Maintaining a strong awareness of the regulatory environment to ensure high audit standards.
The Ideal Candidate
You should hold a relevant professional qualification (such as STEP, ICSA, or ACCA) and possess significant experience in offshore trust and company administration. You will need excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, a track record of client service excellence, and proven experience in team management. Knowledge of the local regulatory environment and a willingness to travel are also essential.
