Role Overview: Convenience Store Manager
The Store Manager is responsible for the overall management and operation of the store. We seek individuals who are proactive, ambitious, and committed to delivering one of the best convenience stores in the country. Your responsibilities include:
* Leading and developing a team to provide excellent customer service
* Creating a positive working environment
* Building relationships with the local community and hosting events
* Managing daily store operations, ensuring high standards
* Recruiting, mentoring, training staff, and shift planning
* Driving business growth and meeting KPIs
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety and operational procedures
Managers are expected to work at least 40 hours per week across five days, including evenings and weekends, with flexible working arrangements to meet store needs.

Candidate Requirements
* Essential: Management experience
* Preferred: Food retail experience
