What We're Looking For:
๐ GCSEs A-C in English & Maths (or equivalent) - strong numeracy skills a must!
๐ง Minimum 2 years' experience dealing with customers via phone/email - demonstrating excellent proven customer service
๐ป Excel literate; Shopify experience a bonus
๐งฉ Excellent problem-solving, listening, and conflict resolution skills
๐ค Friendly, polite, patient, and reliable
