I am working with a client who is seeking a candidate who is immediately available to join them as a Customer Service Advisor, based in Leeds.
About the Role
1. Handle high volumes of calls, liaising with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and supervisors.
2. Schedule appointments to meet Service Level Agreements.
3. Schedule operatives and subcontractors, manageplex repairs, and ensure customer confidence.
About You:
4. Background in Social Housing and Repair & Maintenance.
5. Experience in scheduling/planning Disrepairs, Voids, orplex work.
6. Strongmunication skills with operatives, subcontractors, and residents.
7. Basic building maintenance knowledge.
8. Ability to prioritise and manage works-in-progress.
9. Excellent written English,puter, and project management skills.
10. Passionate about service delivery and customer satisfaction.
