Principal React Engineer Location: Northern Ireland Remote First with optional office access Employment type: Permanent Salary: £85,000 to £100,000 Remote: Yes Overview This is a senior technical leadership role for an experienced React engineer who can set frontend direction, deliver high performance user interfaces, and mentor engineering teams. You will own frontend architecture, build scalable component libraries, and shape modern UI engineering practices within a growing, product led organisation. The role is remote first, offering flexibility while maintaining strong collaboration across product, UX, and engineering teams. The Opportunity You will lead the evolution of a large scale React codebase used across multiple product lines. Working closely with product, UX, and backend engineers, you will deliver intuitive and reliable interfaces that support complex business workflows. This role suits someone who remains hands on, enjoys technical leadership, and is comfortable making architectural decisions that influence long term product and platform strategy.
