Hours: 40 hours (full-time)
We are recruiting Residential Support Worker for our specialist children's home, which is closely connected to a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school. This is an exciting opportunity to use your knowledge and skills to support young people with a range of needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and complex care requirements.

Your background in healthcare or medical studies provides you with valuable skills in communication, care, and emotional support-all of which are vital in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing compassionate, person-centred care to children and young people
Assisting with daily routines, personal care, and therapeutic activities
Supporting emotional, social, and physical wellbeing
Helping young people develop independence and life skills
Administering or assisting with medication (training provided)
Working closely with the SEN school staff, healthcare professionals, and families
Keeping accurate records and care documentation
