31.5 hours per week, shifts: Tue 07:00–14:00; Wed 10:00–17:00; Thu 10:00–17:00; Fri 07:00–14:00; Sat 10:30–16:30. Flexible working options available.
As the Stock Manager you will lead and inspire your team to achieve performance targets. You will support the growth of our online business, ensuring customers receive a high‑quality online experience. Your role includes managing stock processes, handling returns, and ensuring orders are fulfilled efficiently.
Responsibilities
* Support the Store management team across the back‑of‑house areas and communicate effectively with the Store Manager.
* Manage a team to deliver accurate stock processes in an environment that is operationally efficient and safe while meeting targets.
* Create an atmosphere that supports, motivates, and inspires the team to perform at their best.
* Demonstrate a hands‑on approach for all commercial and operational activities, adapting to change and working alongside the team.
* Ensure communication is up‑to‑date and accurate at all times to meet business needs.
