We are currently recruiting for a Property Manager in the Bracknell area to manage a large property portfolio. The successful candidate will need to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while delivering outstanding customer service and support to colleagues within the property management team.

Working hours:
Monday to Friday, full-time
Property Manager requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience as a Property Manager
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to build good relationships with customers
* Full clean driving license and own car
* ARLA qualification (desirable but not essential)
* Ability to prioritize workload
Property Manager tasks include but are not limited to:
* Delivering outstanding service
* Handling situations with tenants and landlords proactively and confidently
* Staying up-to-date with legislation and compliance
* Managing all aspects of property management
* Completing administrative tasks to a high standard
* Liaising with third-party suppliers for works
* Managing landlord utility and council tax bills
* Organizing inspections, viewings, check-ins, and check-outs
