Role Overview
This role is ideal for a qualified, experienced, and motivated electrician who is confident working independently in the field. You will carry out a wide range of electrical installation, inspection, and maintenance tasks, as well as take part in solar PV and battery storage installations.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out electrical installation works across domestic and small commercial properties.
Install, commission, and maintain solar PV and battery storage systems.
Perform inspection and testing duties where qualified (EICRs, certification, fault finding).
Work safely and in compliance with industry regulations and company procedures.
Communicate clearly with customers, engineers, and the company director.
Complete project documentation, test sheets, and job reports accurately.
Ensure company vehicles, tools, and equipment are maintained to a high standard.
Always represent the company professionally, providing excellent customer service.
Undertake additional training and upskilling as solar and renewable sectors evolve.
Requirements
Essential:
Fully qualified in electrical installation (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
18th Edition qualification.
5+ years of electrical engineering experience.
Full UK driving licence.
Strong knowledge of domestic and commercial electrical systems.
Ability to work independently with high attention to safety and detail.
Desirable (but not essential):
Inspection & Testing qualification (2391 or equivalent).
Solar PV installation experience or solar/battery training.
Experience with renewable energy technologies.
Ability to interpret electrical drawings and technical documents.
