Your new role As a Director of Legal & Company Secretary, you will hold a critical leadership position at the centre of the organisation. You will lead the Legal and Company Secretarial function, providing clear and commercially focused legal advice while ensuring robust governance and regulatory compliance across the business. You will support the Board and its Committees, Executive Directors, and senior stakeholders across the wider group. Your remit will span commercial contracts, corporate governance, regulatory matters, data protection, insurance, and compliance. Alongside your legal responsibilities, you will act as Company Secretary, overseeing statutory obligations, governance processes, Board administration, and committee support. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will bring a blend of technical expertise, strategic insight, and strong personal credibility.
