Responsibilities
* Provide compassionate and attentive care to residents in accordance with individual care plans.
* Assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, and mobility support.
* Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for residents based on dietary requirements.
* Administer medication following prescribed guidelines.
* Engage residents in meaningful activities and social interactions to promote overall well‑being.
* Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and staff members to ensure coordinated care.
Qualifications
* Experience in care, or a related field is preferred.
* Certification in first aid and CPR is desirable.
* Compassionate attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Must pass background check (Enhanced DBS).
