Duties
* Assist with food preparation, ensuring all ingredients are ready for cooking and serving.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
* Support chefs and kitchen staff with various tasks as needed, including basic cooking and food assembly.
* Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to within the kitchen environment.
* Help with inventory management by keeping track of supplies and reporting shortages to the kitchen manager.
* Participate in maintaining a clean and safe working environment by following proper sanitation procedures.
Skills
* Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred, showcasing familiarity with kitchen operations.
* Basic culinary skills, including food preparation and cooking techniques.
