The Role
You will join a market-leading corporate team advising on some of the most significant transactions in the UK and internationally.
Working closely with highly regarded partners, you will gain hands on exposure to complex deals while building strong client relationships and developing your own profile in the market.
Your work will span a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, group restructurings and cross-border transactions, with additional exposure to strategic projects and high value deals.
Requirements
