Assistant Site Manager
Are you an Assistant Site Manager interested in joining a leading privately‑owned residential developer on a brand new volume house building site in Lancashire? There is an exciting opportunity to join a well‑established regional developer in Lancashire to help manage a brand new development consisting of 2–5 bed high‑quality homes starting in May/June 2026. Working closely with a highly experienced Site Manager, you will assist in the daily operations of a busy residential development, ensuring that health and safety procedures are strictly adhered to; that sub‑contractors work within the required specification and adhere to company policies; and that the quality meets the company and warranty expectations.
Qualifications
* Previous experience delivering new‑build residential developments
* Ability to motivate the team and subcontractors
* Traditional build housing experience
* Up‑to‑date knowledge of health and safety obligations and building legislation
* Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates
