What You’ll Do
* Build and ship features end‑to‑end in React Native with TypeScript.
* Improve the usability and design language of the patient app – overhauling flows and refining interactions.
* Help build out an end‑to‑end mobile testing pipeline to keep the app stable and reliable as we scale.
* Collaborate with designers and clinicians to translate complex healthcare workflows into intuitive mobile experiences.
* Work primarily in the React Native codebase while familiarizing yourself with the Rails backend to understand data models and API contracts.
* Take ownership of your domain – proactively spot opportunities and run with them.
* Help shape the mobile engineering culture and architecture used by clinics across 14+ countries.
What You Bring
* 3–6 years of professional engineering experience, with 2+ years in React Native.
* Strong TypeScript skills and a focus on type safety, clean abstractions, and maintainable code.
* An eye for great design and a drive to create experiences that are both beautiful and functional.
* Transparent and intellectually honest communication.
* A hunger for fast‑moving environments that balance speed and quality.
* Bonus points for experience with Expo, mobile testing tools (Maestro, Detox, Appium), GraphQL, or Ruby.
