Managing Director at Fame Recruitment Consultants
Our client is a well-established and professional firm of accountants based in North London who are seeking an experienced and highly organised Senior Secretary to support the Managing Director.
Based in modern offices and near local amenities, this is a great opportunity for an individual seeking an involved role with variety.
This is a full time, office-based role, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to Director
* Diary management, schedule appointments and coordinate internal and client meetings
* Prepare, format, and proofread correspondence, reports and other documents
* Type up meeting notes, agendas, and minutes with accuracy and efficiency
* Handle incoming calls and email
* Maintain confidential client records and filing systems (both paper and digital)
* Coordinate with clients for signing documentation and arranging meetings
Skills & Experience Required:
* Proven experience in a secretarial or administrative role, preferably within an accountancy or professional services firm
* Excellent typing and document formatting abilities
* High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills
* Confident communication, both written and verbal
* Professional, proactive, and reliable with a can-do attitude
