Qualifications
General Practitioner registered with the GMC, on the GP Specialty Register and on the NHS Performers List with post CCT experience in Primary or Urgent Care
Passion for work and a burning desire to thrive in a dynamic organisation whilst delivering NHS services to a wide range of patients
Organised and proactive approach to clinical and operational responsibilities
What you’ll work on
A mix of telephone, face to face and home visit appointments
Understand the patient population to be able to provide high quality care to patients
Undertake both planned and urgent primary care as required
Provide patient focussed, evidence-based practice to a high standard
Support the wider MDT to ensure patients with long term and/or complex health conditions are cared for at the right time, by the right clinician

£92,000 – £110,000 annual FTE (40), dependent on experience
NHS Pension with 20.6% Employer Contribution
