Following ongoing developments to our online offering for guests, allowing them to use self-service tools and a centralised hub of expertise, we are pleased to offer an opportunity for a Guest Relations Agent in our newly rebranded Guest Relations Team based at The Crown in Woodbridge.
Responsibilities
* Answer calls for all six hotels and direct them appropriately.
* Maximise reservations revenue, convert guest enquiries and deliver exceptional customer service to all guests making reservations within The Hotel Folk.
Qualifications
* Minimum of grade C GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English Language.
* Minimum of 2 years’ previous experience in sales and in roles where customer service is a key focus, ideally in hotels.
* Previous experience of working with Guestline or a similar hotel system is beneficial, but not essential as full training will be provided.
Skills & Requirements
* Highly developed interpersonal and sales skills with an excellent telephone manner.
* Ability and knowledge to follow robust business processes.
* Excellent organisational skills, capacity to remain calm under pressure and use initiative.
