SANZA Teaching Agency are working with a number of wonderful primary schools across Newham who are searching for experienced, reliable and engaging teaching assistants to work in the early years(nursery/reception) on a daily supply or long-term basis.
As an early years teaching assistant, you will:
Support the class teacher with the overall running of the classroom
Have a solid understanding of early development and child-centred learning
Be able to support children on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
Have a solid understanding of how to develop language, literacy and social skills
Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environmentWe are seeking early years teaching assistants who are:
Enthusiastic and passionate about early childhood development
Experienced in or familiar with early years foundation stage curriculum
Patient, caring, and a strong communicator
A team player, ready to support both staff and pupils
