Full time hours on a temporarybasis
Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out minor repairs including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
* Inspect and troubleshoot building systems to identify issues early.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
* Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
* Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
