You’ll be the steady, reassuring presence a pupil can rely on, helping them navigate their school day with confidence and comfort.
What you’ll be doing
1. Providing 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with autism
2. Using structured routines to help learners feel safe and settled
3. Supporting communication, sensory regulation, and emotional wellbeing
4. Working closely with teachers, therapists, and the wider SEND team
5. Helping pupils access learning in a way that works for them

10. Are open to guidance from specialists and enjoy working as part of a team
