Customer Success Manager – RegTech / SaaS

A rapidly growing RegTech company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their high-performing, collaborative team. Their software suite helps regulated businesses stay compliant with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations – and your role will be key to ensuring customers get maximum value from the platform.
What you’ll be doing:
* Manage and grow relationships with high-value clients, with a focus on retention and revenue growth
* Lead face-to-face and virtual meetings to align client goals with product capability
* Create tailored success plans to support adoption and compliance outcomes
* Handle objections and escalations with professionalism and confidence
* Identify and mitigate churn risks proactively
* Collaborate with Sales, Product and Marketing on onboarding and upsell opportunities
* Stay current with RegTech and AML regulations, sharing insights with your team
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or similar commercial roles
* Background in a regulated environment, ideally Financial Services
* Strong communicator, confident working with senior stakeholders
* AML, compliance, or SaaS knowledge is a bonus – but not essential
