Care Assistant - Nights at Statham Manor Care Centre
Join our stunning new home, Statham Manor Care Centre, a purpose-built facility in Lymm, Cheshire. We provide care for 66 residents with diverse needs, including residential and nursing care, ensuring safety, comfort, and high standards of care. We are seeking kind, caring, and compassionate Care Assistants to join our team. You will deliver high-quality, person-centred care in line with care plans, contributing to the smooth running of the home. Full-time contracts are available at an hourly rate of £11.50, with shifts from 19:45 to 08:00, including alternate weekends.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Deliver hands-on, person-centred care to residents.
2. Support residents in maintaining a good quality of life.
3. Model best practices in care delivery.
4. Assist residents with physical, emotional, and spiritual needs as per care plans.
5. Maintain accurate daily records of residents.
6. Work effectively within a team and undertake delegated tasks efficiently.
7. Promote and safeguard the welfare of adults in your care.
Skills and Experience Required:
1. Experience as a Care Assistant is preferred.
2. Care certificate or willingness to obtain within 12 months.
3. Good knowledge of caring for older people.
4. Understanding of the 6 principles of care.
5. Ability to work well in a team.
6. Self-motivated and confident.
