Responsibilities:
* Managing contracts involving roofing and cladding systems for industrial and commercial sectors
* Overseeing all contract phases from tender to completion
* Monitoring site activities, organizing workers, and conducting health and safety checks
* Coordinating material and equipment deliveries
* Ensuring project deadlines and budgets are met
* Communicating with clients and providing project reports
* Participating in pre-contract and progress meetings
* Staying updated on relevant legislation and contracts
* Documenting contract correspondence and progress
* Managing projects valued from £2,000 to approximately £2,000,000
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience as a Contracts or Project Manager within UK construction, with knowledge of roofing and cladding systems
* Excellent communication skills
* CSCS Card (Gold/Black) and SMSTS/SSSTS preferred
* Valid UK driving license
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Motivated, confident, and well-organized
