We’re looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead a talented sales organisation of up to 20 people — including 2 Sales Managers, 15 Sales Reps, and 3 BDRs — driving £10m+ annual new business revenue across multiple channels.

✨ What You’ll Do
* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team of up to 20 💪
* Deliver and exceed a £10m+ annual target through new customer acquisition
* Build and execute multi-channel sales strategies to accelerate growth 📈
* Champion a solution-based sales approach — solving customer challenges, not just selling products
* Drive pipeline management and forecasting discipline to ensure accuracy and predictability
* Inspire energy, accountability, and resilience across your team 🙌
💡 What We’re Looking For
* 3–5 years’ leadership experience (first & second line) within high-growth sales teams
* Proven success in new business development and multi-channel acquisition
* Strong background in Human Capital Management (HCM) sales (accountancy experience desirable)
* A natural leader who thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
* Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager — confident, credible, and collaborative
