Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Sales Engineer based in Northampton, with some flexibility for remote work. The Project Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing sales projects, building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying client needs, and delivering tailored solutions. The role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, preparing proposals, overseeing project execution, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates will demonstrate technical and commercial acumen to achieve sales targets and optimize operational efficiencies.
Qualifications
Project Sales and Sales expertise with demonstrated ability to manage the entire sales cycle and achieve revenue targets.
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and understand client requirements effectively.
Experience in Sales Management with the ability to oversee and execute successful sales strategies.
Technical and analytical skills to assess project feasibility, prepare proposals, and ensure successful delivery.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and project management software is a plus.
Experience in the logistics, warehouse, or industrial solutions sector is an advantage.
