Your Role 👇🏻
• Lead and inspire the design team across multiple high-end projects
• Translate the Creative Director’s vision into stunning concepts
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and quality across all project stages
• Act as a senior client contact, ensuring world-class service
• Collaborate closely with directors on business development and proposals
What You’ll Need ✔️
• 8+ years’ experience in a senior interior design role within a luxury studio
• Proven success leading multiple high-value projects across all stages
• Strong commercial acumen – budgeting, forecasting, and client management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office
