As a Business Systems Manager you will take ownership of the firm’s business systems, which include Finance, Production, despatch and warehouse management systems As manager of the team, collaborate effectively with departments to ensure successful delivery of operations. Ensuring business systems are working and effectively used across all department. Take responsibility for the company core business systems, including administration, maintenance and development. Working closely with IT team, provide supervision and support as required, including agreeing their objectives and carrying our performance reviews, and ensuring deadlines and service standards are achieved and maintained. Maintain and develop relationships with external partners Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth running of business systems. Assist in the setup, configuration and maintenance of the business systems. Working with IT service team to ensure the live production systems are operational. Take ownership of development and implementation of process’s policies and best practises relating to systems within Taiko estate. Pro-actively contribute to the continuous improvement of technology/business processes through identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes. Maintain a good working relationship with departments and technical partner’s including Project and IT service delivery teams.
