What you will do
Join ADT fire and security as a Commercial Sales Consultant. Drive new and additional business from existing and new SME customers within a set geographical territory. Manage circa 500 SME accounts, respond to enquiries, and self-generate new business through solutions or upgrades. Support new customer acquisition through defined lead sources.
How you will do it
Build strong relationships with existing customers to drive growth and source potential new customers through networking, referrals, and cold/warm calling. Collaborate with your team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
What we look for
A proven seller capable of managing customer relationships to drive growth and satisfaction. Ability to work independently and leverage resources within ADT to ensure high customer service levels. Understanding of the full sales process.
Preferred
Demonstrated track record of achievement, preferably with Security Industry experience. Ability to operate independently and collaborate with operational departments for excellent customer service.
