Role Overview
The Business Change Analyst will support the delivery of the fares and ticketing workstream within a rail integration programme, ensuring agreed customer, fares, and retail propositions are delivered.

Worked on Multiple Business Change projects as a Business Analyst
Worked on Retail projects
Card payment projects/Retail Payments experience
Integration projects (card payments/Rail)
Worked within the rail & transport industry
Worked on end to end projects
