Regional Manager
Home based, head office based in Warwick. Covering 29 sites across Teesside to Loughborough, with a contractual requirement to visit each site at least once every three months.
Be the person we need
You will oversee the delivery of high-quality hard and soft FM services across multiple sites in Scotland and the North of England, ensuring full compliance with client expectations and Bellrock standards. This includes managing contractors, monitoring performance, overseeing the Concerto system, producing reports and quotations, and driving continuous improvement.

And as a Regional Manager with Bellrock, you'll do it by
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers, acting as the main point of contact across your region
* Co-ordinate FM service delivery, ensuring planned and reactive works are completed on time and to a high standard
* Attend client meetings, service reviews and health and safety discussions as required
* Manage contractors, monitor performance, review quality of works and ensure value for money
* Oversee the use of the Concerto system for planned and reactive works, invoicing and reporting
* Carry out regular site audits and follow up on actions to completion
* Manage compliance, SLAs, KPIs and governance across all sites within your region
* Support with supplier reviews, scorecards and meetings with key partners
* Identify opportunities for efficiency, value and continuous improvement
* Provide support for projects and liaise with internal departments to resolve issues
* Ensure health and safety obligations are met and social impact initiatives are delivered

* Experience delivering hard and soft FM services in a similar environment
* Knowledge of total FM contracts and the ability to resolve challenges effectively
* Confident communicator with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
* Experience managing contractors and FM projects
* Health and safety qualification and practical knowledge of compliance requirements
* Flexible, adaptable and able to work independently across a wide region
* Desirable: understanding of the Concerto system or willingness to learn

Monday to Friday 8:30 am top 5:00 pm with an hour for lunch break. Covering 29 sites across Teesside to Loughborough, with a contractual requirement to visit each site at least once every three months.
