What You'll Do
As an Associate Fund Finance based in London, you will manage the day‑to‑day stewardship of subscription facilities and capital call transactions, ensuring compliance, reporting, and stakeholder communication. Your role includes:
* Supervise and administer the Subscription Facility and Capital Call transaction portfolio, ensuring timely execution and adherence to policies.
* Monitor borrowing bases and collateral, conducting regular reviews of limited partners (LPs) for compliance.
* Undertake covenant testing, monitor breaches, and oversee compliance processes, escalating issues or LP defaults as appropriate.
* Prepare and submit comprehensive reporting packs—including compliance reports, financial statements, borrowing bases, and review certificates—to identify risks or breaches.
* Assist deal leads by liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding ongoing transaction queries.
* Maintain internal dashboards, reports, and trackers to ensure accurate records of transaction activity across the fund finance portfolio.
* Oversee FX ISDA/CSA agreements and associated limits, escalating breaches or concerns promptly.
* Support annual reviews and credit submissions for standalone FX lines and combined subscription line facilities through thorough analysis and documentation.
* Provide assistance with fee monitoring, reconciliation tasks, revenue tracking, and respond efficiently to debt domain portfolio requests such as new LP onboarding or waiver processing.
* Facilitate training sessions for new joiners on portfolio management responsibilities while supporting platform data integrity through consistent updates on Oxane Panorama.
What You Bring
To thrive in this role you should have:
* Demonstrable experience managing subscription facility or capital call transactions within a fund finance context.
* A comprehensive understanding of structured finance principles with practical exposure to portfolio management processes.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications—especially Excel and PowerPoint—for data analysis and reporting.
* Excellent interpersonal skills for cultivating positive relationships within a diverse team and with external stakeholders.
* Sound commercial judgment and negotiation abilities for effective management of financial agreements.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to articulate findings clearly across audiences.
* A degree‑level education or equivalent qualification.
* Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in compliance monitoring, reporting, and data entry.
* A proactive approach with the ability to prioritise workload under time‑sensitive conditions.
* Experience delivering training or mentoring colleagues (advantageous but not mandatory).
