Our Creative team is on the lookout for a full time, passionate and detail-oriented Property Marketing Lead based in our Summertown HQ.
Reporting to the Creative Director this role sits at the center of our New Homes marketing offering, supporting the delivery of campaigns across multiple developments.
You will act as the key link between our New Homes team, developer clients, and our in-house Creative team – managing briefs, coordinating output, and ensuring everything is delivered on time and to a high standard.
You’ll take ownership of day-to-day activity, while working closely with the Creative Director on brand and design, and the Head of Digital on social media, campaign performance and advertising strategy.
You will lead on planning and project managing – setting up workflow systems, booking jobs, and creating site‑by‑site timelines so that teams and clients know what’s happening and when sign‑offs are needed. You will also help shape strategy: attending pitch and quarterly update meetings to present and refine marketing plans, preparing sales & marketing proposals, and producing regular performance reports.
This role balances hands‑on marketing with an analytical eye through cutting‑edge digital and content marketing across a range of New Homes campaigns within a fast‑paced, in‑house agency.
