This role is based within the Unpaid Work and Early Intervention Team, reporting to the Team Manager Justice Services. Responsibilities include working with service users through early interventions such as Bail Supervision Service, Diversion from Prosecution, and Structured Deferred Sentence. You will handle case management tasks including duty, Health & Safety, risk assessment, report writing, group work, and collaboration with Social Workers across Justice Services. The ideal candidate will have Justice experience, be a team player, resilient, possess excellent report writing and communication skills, and have good time management and interpersonal skills. Experience in offence-focused work is beneficial.
