As a Graduate HLTA, you will work closely with teachers and senior leaders to deliver targeted interventions, support pupil progress and provide classroom cover when required. Due to the necessity to provide cover, the school is looking for a graduate with prior teaching assistant experience in an educational setting (preferably a mainstream primary or secondary school).
