As Deputy Care Home Manager, you'll play a vital role in leading the home and supporting the Home Manager to deliver outstanding, person-centred care. You'll guide and inspire your team, ensuring residents receive the highest standards of dignity, respect, and clinical excellence.
Responsibilities
* Support the day-to-day running of a busy nursing and residential care home
* Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing care team
* Ensure compliance with CQC standards and best practice
* Drive a culture of person-centred care
* Build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
* Contribute to continuous improvement and service excellence
Qualifications
* Registered Nurse (essential)
* Experience in a leadership role within a 40+ bed care home
* Strong background in dementia and general nursing care
* Confident knowledge of CQC regulations
* A natural leader who motivates and develops teams
* Passionate about delivering exceptional care
