Job Overview
We are an established family-run uPVC and aluminium manufacturer with a proud reputation for quality and service. We are now looking for an experienced Internal Sales Administrator to join our close-knit team. This is a key role within our business, supporting customers with pricing, enquiries, and day-to-day administration. You will play an important part in ensuring our customers receive the friendly, reliable service that has been at the heart of our business for many years.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and provide accurate quotations for uPVC and aluminium products.
* Deal with customer enquiries face-to-face, over the phone, and by email.
* Support the sales team with order processing and account management.
* Maintain records and update information using CRM and internal systems.
* Work closely with production and customers to ensure smooth order handling.
* Deliver excellent customer service, building lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
* Carry out general administration duties to support the wider office.
Requirements
* Experience in internal sales or sales administration, ideally within manufacturing, construction, or fenestration.
* Strong customer service and communication skills, confident in face-to-face interactions.
* Ability to prepare accurate quotations and handle pricing enquiries.
* Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
* Competent IT skills, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
* A proactive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to contribute to the success of the business.
