The Role
* Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction packages using Revit
* Lead the technical development and coordination of projects across multiple sectors
* Work closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients throughout project delivery
* Ensure designs comply with current building regulations, planning requirements, and technical standards
* Support projects through all RIBA stages, from concept to completion
* Assist with problem-solving and technical detailing throughout the construction process
Requirements
* Degree qualified in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
* Significant experience within a UK architectural practice
* Strong technical knowledge of UK building regulations and construction methods
* Proficiency in Revit is essential
* Excellent communication and coordination skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively within a collaborative team environment
* CIAT accreditation, or a desire to work towards chartership, would be advantageous
