As we continue to scale, we’re looking for an exceptional Implementation Specialist to join our growing Implementation team.
The Role
As an Implementation Specialist, you will be at the heart of our customer onboarding journey — ensuring every new client experiences a seamless transition from contract signature to successful go-live.
You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams across Sales, Product, Tech, QA, Customer Success and Support to deliver high-quality implementations that are on time, within scope, and aligned to customer needs.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment, enjoys working directly with clients, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading end-to-end implementations from discovery to go-live
* Running customer discovery sessions to understand workflows, processes and configuration requirements
* Configuring our platform to meet customer needs (within product scope)
* Delivering engaging remote and on-site training sessions
* Managing project timelines and stakeholder expectations across multiple concurrent projects
* Collaborating cross-functionally to resolve issues quickly and effectively
* Escalating complex technical or customer challenges where appropriate
* Documenting configurations, data migration logs and training records
* Feeding customer insights and feature requests back to Product
* Supporting internal knowledge sharing and team upskilling
* Participating in on-call duties when required

Experience in healthcare, workforce management software, SaaS implementation, or customer onboarding would be highly advantageous.
