Pay Rates:
* £16.50 per hour (Monday-Friday AM shifts)
* £19.50 per hour (Weekends)

Overview:
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Yard Shunter to join our team in Hereford. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent AM shift work with competitive weekday and enhanced weekend pay rates.
Key Responsibilities:
* Safely manoeuvring vehicles and trailers within the yard
* Coupling and uncoupling trailers
* Ensuring vehicles are positioned correctly for loading/unloading
* Conducting basic vehicle checks and reporting defects
* Working closely with the warehouse and transport teams to maintain efficient operations
* Adhering to all health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements:
* Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence preferred (may consider experienced shunters without)
* Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card (if applicable)
* Previous shunting or yard experience is essential
* Good awareness of health and safety procedures
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic xsngvjr
Shift Pattern:
* AM starts (exact times to be confirmed)
* Weekend availability required
