As DCLT’s capital investment program continues and with the recent & future reopening of our refurbished centers, we are looking to further expand our team across the Trust. We are looking for Outdoor Activity Leaders to work as part of a team delivering a fantastic guest journey at our Hatfield Outdoor Activity Centre. 2024 was a fantastic year for the venue and we have further invested in our AALA accredited facilities. As an Outdoor Activity Leader, you will need to enjoy working outdoors. Our Activity Leaders deliver multi-activity sessions to a variety or groups including children and adults, with activities taking place on both land and water. We are looking for people with enthusiasm, good people skills and a can-do attitude along with a mature and responsible attitude as you will also be responsible for our customers safety while they are enjoying the activities. Staff with lifeguard, open water safety, GB archery or climbing qualifications are encouraged to apply The role is diverse and as well as group leading you could find yourself delivering Aqua Park activity, manning the outdoor pool, coordinating boat hire, delivering a climbing session and supporting the wider park at peak times (subject to qualifications). Successful applicants will have the ability to be flexible and to exhibit professional and a welcoming approach in all activities and customers. You will be conscientious and demonstrate a pro-active approach to yours and other’s health and safety.
